This is a unique and one-of-its-kind professional NFPO initiated to support industries in their endeavor of employee Idea Management for beneficial impact. The core purpose of Ideas India also include inspiring, honoring & awarding meritorious Ideators with Idea Excellence Awards.
The initiative will support Industries across sectors i.e Engineering/Heavy Engineering, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Automobile, Fertilizers, Mining, Steel, IT, Pharma, Health Care, Hospitality, Real Estate, Services etc. for initiating and better managing Employee Idea Programme. A strong focus will be given on helping MSMEs in all such endeavors.
Ideas India aims to be a national level NFPO, with Regional/State Chapters across the country, which shall be supported for moving ahead by a Steering Team of Industry Professionals. Ideas India is inspired by International Organisations - Ideas UK & Ideas Arabia.
